At Cozy Corner Goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will review your case and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you the correct item at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, your order will have already entered production and cannot be cancelled.
